• Account details: your name, mobile number, and whether you use an individual or organisation account, so we can sign you in and run your account.
• Documents you upload: the tax documents you provide so that CA Helper can read the figures and work out the tax.
• Basic usage information: limited technical data needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use your documents

The documents you upload are encrypted and used only to work out the tax. Once the computation is done, they are removed. We do not sell your documents, and they stay private to you.

How long we keep things

We keep your account details for as long as you have an account with us. Uploaded documents are removed once they have been used for the calculation.

Who we work with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate. For example, to handle secure phone-based sign-in. They process data only to provide their service to us, and not for their own purposes. We never sell your information.

Your choices

• You can ask us to close your account and remove your account details.
• You can contact us with any question about your data at launchcrafts@gmail.com.

Keeping data safe

Documents travel over an encrypted connection, and your account is protected by a secure phone-based login. You are responsible for keeping your own login details private, and for having your client's consent before uploading their documents.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
